This is our story. Tula Ru Children’s Boutique opened in 2010 in Pacific Beach during the middle of a huge financial  crisis in the US. We have been blessed with an opportunity to see our vision of creating a place where young families could shop and find bargains, and more importantly find support and encouragement in the important task of parenting. Many of our first time customers have no idea our clothing in the boutique is gently worn. We buy and sell gently used upscale children's clothing, books,  baby gear and high quality developmental toys.  Our commitment is to provide the highest quality clothing and toys at the best value.  Our adjacent Tula Ru Parent Education Center  offers classes for families with young children from birth to three years old, child development and behavior consulting services, a club membership which includes a babysitting co-op and a space for birthday parties or private events.  We look forward to meeting you and your family in the near future at Tula Ru
